2023 Vermentino

Vermentino is a light bodied white wine that is gaining recognition in California for its versatility year round. With its origination from the island of Sardinia, our fruit is also grown at higher elevation at Starfield Vineyards. On the nose, meyer lemon zest, kiwi and wet granite are predominant followed by lychee tea. Having reached the palate, note of pineapple and white peach are apparent with a hint of pink grapefruit. The beautiful finish on this wine will satisfy all wine lovers. Pairings include fish tacos and pecorino cheese.
