Dolcetto is a Piemontese varietal that is typically fruit forward with medium acidity. Our 2019's nose is reminiscent of black cherry, dried plum, and ollalaberry with a hint of cedar. A swirl around the tongue reveals a pleasant balance of tannins, dried cherries, pink peppercorns, and pecans with a lingering, consummate finish.
