Our Primitivo is a very fresh tasting, fruit forward version of this Italian varietal. The violet color showcases notes of raspberries and concord grape jelly in the nose. The fruit continues in the mid palate with a bit of allspice and pepper and a soft and lingering finish. This is the first harvest from this vineyard in El Dorado county and we expect to have this fruit for years to come.
