We have created a Sierra Foothills Chianti style red blend with 70% Amador Sangiovese, 28% El Dorado Primitivo and 2% Calaveras Vermentino. We have paid homage to the Chianti bottle by naming the wine after the straw basket that surrounds the bottle. In Italy, this basket is called a "Fiasco."
