2020 Fiano

Fiano is an intensely flavored white grape that is grown primarily in Campania but is starting make forays into other growing regions. Our 2020 is grown at Starfield Vineyards and stays varietally true with additional notes of grapefruit zest, white peach and gooseberries. The first sip offers refreshing acidity with notes of honeydew melon and green apple up front followed by a hint of ripe banana. This summertime favorite will pair nicely with spicy Thai or Indian fare or sets up well on its own.
