The return of our Fiasco will certainly delight the ardent fans of this wine. Originally crafted as a Chianti style, which is usually a blend of any of the varietals grown in that region of Tuscany, Sangiovese being dominant. Our 2018 Fiasco is an approachable red blend of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Primitivo, and 5% Vermentino. The cherry notes on the nose continue right on through the palate with a satisfying balance of fruit, acidity, and tannins. This alluring table wine pairs nicely with lamb, pappardelle, pizza, and charcuterie.
